State of the art painting facility. The project was a design/build collaboration, working closely with the customer and other trades. Work included 15kV distribution, large 480v. switchgear, subpanels, machine feeders, parts wash system, robot installation, explosion proof paint storage, and building environmental control. Lighting design incorporated the latest LED products meeting the stringent ASHRAE standards.

Lighting design incorporated the latest LED products meeting the stringent ASHRAE standards. This project was “fast tracked” with an aggressive 9 month completion schedule.
Meat Processing Facility

Hillard Electric provided the engineering and the install of (2) -1 Meg generators that work together to provide this meat processing facility the power back-up to continue full plant operation during a utility power failure. Along with the generators Hillard also installed a new 3000 KVA transformer to supply (3) 1200 amp ATS's that supplied power to the plants (3) main services.
